PayPal do not honour their Customer Goods Guarantee
I lodged a case against a fraudulent company Yunhan Industrial Co., Ltd.

They advertise toolsets in my case a 10 Piece Lithium-Ion Cordless Combo Kit and a 232 piece mechanical toolset which would way up to 20 kg. Both times they delivered =74 g air cushions.
The purchase was made on June 13th. First, the company gave me the run-around and wasted hours of my time until I registered a complaint with PayPal around the end of July. PayPal continued to stall on refunding the money and eventually, the company agreed to refund the money on the condition the goods were returned. They supplied an unusable return address that was in partial Chineses which could not be used at an Australian Post Office. A request for an Address in English to PayPal went unanswered so just before the return post date requirement expired I posted the item back to the Sender’s Address as stated on the packages that were delivered. This action was communicated to PayPal who continued to placate me but failed to do anything until on 21/9/20 some 3 and a bit months after the first complaint they disallowed the refund on the basis that the goods were not returned to the unusable address they had given me. This is beyond pathetic service. My husband had 7 cases against this company for the same scam and I personally know 2 other people who have had the same scam perpetrated on them. My husband’s cases were all resolved after a PayPal representative rang him. The last item was not even required to be returned in the post as they acknowledged it was a scam. My Nephews two cases against the company were also resolved without the articles having to be posted back. A person friend is also being put through the same time-wasting hell by PayPal and he has also requested a return address in English but PayPal is yet to supply that address. The fact that PayPal has acknowledged that they know this company is scamming in a phone call to my husband and supplying air-cushions instead of toolsets means they are complicit in this fraud and it is disgusting business practice and is undermining online shopping.
They would get zero stars if I could rate them that low as they have wasted hours of my time and then failed to honour the consumer guarantee against a company they know are acting fraudulently.
