Complaint Regarding Missing Item in Meesho Order #146842043187
My name is Alka, and I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent order I placed on Meesho. On 18.03.24, I ordered two gowns Order #146842043187 with pay-on-delivery as the payment method. Unfortunately, upon receiving the Meesho order package on 22.03.24, I discovered that it only contained one gown. I immediately contacted Meesho customer support and filed a complaint about the Meesho order missing item. To my dismay, my complaint has been rejected three times, with the explanation that it falls outside of Meesho’s return and refund policy. However, I believe this situation is not a standard return but a clear case of missing ordered items. As a loyal Meesho customer for a long time, I have never encountered such an issue before. I am deeply frustrated with the lack of resolution and the repeated rejections of my complaint.
