I Placed an Online Order on Jersey Mike’s
Less than three minutes after placing my order I called to confirm delivery. The person told me it was for pick-up only. He said he would cancel the order and k would need to reorder immediately for delivery. Needless to say when I tried to place the order again. I wasn’t able to. In addition to that, my money was never refunded. I contacted Jersey Mike’s customer service. After a few days, I was emailed and asked to send a copy of the order as they couldn’t find it. I sent the order and a screenshot of the receipt. It’s been nearly three weeks and I haven’t heard back from Jersey Mike’s.
