AT&T Office of the President SR Manager Makes Empty Promises
OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT OF AT&T KEONNA ALSTON CONTACTS ME AFTER MY COMPLAINT I FILED ON PISSED CONSUMER SHE ASSURES ME THAT SHE WILL BE CONTACTING ME TO CLEAR UP THE OVER CHARGING THAT AT&T HAS BEEN DOING TO MY ELDERLY MOTHER NOW FOR OVER A YEAR AFTER SVERAL TIMES OF HER NOT CALLING AFTER EMAILING ME AT MY EMAIL AND ME CALLING BOTH NUMBERS WITH NO LUCK I LEFT MY PHONE AND EMAIL EACH TIME SHE THEN EMAILS ME AND SAYS THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO REACH ME AT THE NUMBER ATTACHED TO THE ACCOUNT WELL THAT IS BECAUSE THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSED THE PHONE IS IN A BOX REDY TO SHIP OUR ONLY FORM OF COMMUNICATION HAS BEEN THRU MY CONTACT INFO FROM THE BEGINING THE SERVICE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED AND HOW COULD AT&T EVEN TRY TO PLAY ME LIKE THAT THEREFOR AT&T OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT HAS NO INTENTION OF FIXING THERE OVER BILLING CRAMMING
