Microwave Complaint
Good day.
Hopefully, I could get help.
I am a Consumer Loyt Thabang Gland Tladi :ID 9209205270083.
I bought goods with credit at Hi-fi Corp Festival Mall goods worth R32 000 above. However, the Microwave on the goods was the last as per the salesman and they gave me a display on which it worked for 3 months and broke. I took it back to the store for fixing and they claimed it to be an infestation and the warranty won’t cover it. The store took it to their Outsourcing technology company to be checked.
Now, I waited for the microwave to come back to the store. So that I can fix myself only to find out that the Store Manager was informed that they shred my microwave.
Now am sitting with the credit that am paying for but no microwave am using. I have been struggling going up and down sending emails but no assistance.
The Manager at the store wouldn’t want to even talk to me. I don’t know if they discriminate against me based on my age or the color of my skin as they are white.
I really need assistance, it’s hurting to pay installments for goods that are not there.
