Facebook Let Hackers On My Profile But Won’t Let Me Access It
I am so furious with Facebook I have been locked out of my Facebook account. Which isn’t just a social site for me. I run and advertise thru Facebook account for both of my small businesses. All of my client’s contact info is on each of my business pages thru my account since the 8th of November. I have attempted to recover my Fb account multiple times I’ve sent in not only my driver’s license. But also my birth certificate, marriage certificate, driver’s license, etc over and over again. They still won’t let me into my locked account. I have pleaded with the people who are supposed to assist us thru the live chat and they aren’t helpful at all.
In my line of work having a housekeeping business as well as a dog grooming company. The holidays are my biggest most profitable time of year. The busiest time for my business to bring a profit especially. So now that covid is over. These people have hindered all of my ability to work because my businesses are solely run and advertised exclusively thru Facebook. I haven’t had one job since November 8th and for the clients that were booked thru half of November. I wasn’t able to do the jobs without the info on my business pages.
And I am totally prepared to sue Facebook for this loss. They have left me with no choice but to file suit against Facebook for putting me out of business for the last month and a half. I have had it with Facebook and its staff. I am so upset and my family has needlessly suffered from their actions.
