Cell C Billing For A Cancelled Contract
Cell C sent me a new contract under the pretence of a data sim upgrade. the phone was returned via their courier 3 days later. on 23 Nov 2022.
They could not find the phone till 10 Feb 2023.
Cohen from Cell C called me and said she can finally cancel this contract she apologized and said they will refund me all my subscriptions debited. On the 22nd of February 2023, they handed me over to the collections and listed me on Expedian. Each time I call they say I owe them money. So I finally paid again expecting them to attend and cancel and refund. To date, I am being billed monthly for the contract and their legal, customer service, and collections departments ignore all my emails.
