Warren James – Undelivered Items
Hi, I have ordered a few jewelry items now almost two months ago and they haven’t been delivered. They were meant to be for my sister’s birthday which passed a month ago now. I was checking the delivery status on Warren James (WJ) website which only said that the order has been dispatched.
I checked again yesterday and is still saying it’s been dispatched. Afterwards, I messaged them on the only email I was able to find a few days after I ordered the items and I had no reply. I had to go through a site called “pissed customer” which I now am. They forwarded my email in which Warren James (WJ) useless customer service claimed the package had been delivered.
So I went to the post office twice to check and they said that they hadn’t received anything. I showed them the tracking number and they didn’t have it. I emailed several times afterwards for a refund and they didn’t even bother to respond.
