NON SENSE People at work-Walmart Pharmacy Complaint

Workers on Walmart Pharmacy are way rude and managers support them in this. They dont know how to treat customers.
Walmart Pharmacy, I have sent them a prescription and opted for shipping after several failed attempts as they stated its because of Covid they asked me to choose pick up option from website and my same order they can give via store but nonetheless order was delivered and nothing was in store when i reached for pickup. On top of that staff talks too rude. This should go to the higher management of Walmart pharmacy
