I purchased an APC Inverter from the below website:

Date of purchase: 12 Aug, 2020
There was a beeping sound seen within a few days of purchase, for which I
raised a complaint with APC. The service engineer has inspected the system
and has replaced the motherboard to ensure no issues from the inverter.
However the charging light is continuously on, and I’m not getting any responses
from the seller on how to resolve this.
I’d like to return this product for a full refund. Please let me know how to proceed
