Verizon Wireless Has Lied To Me About My Coverage
Verizon Wireless has lied to me about the coverage map. I was told in April 2023, and in talking to the executive office. They told me that if I upgraded to the iPhone 14 pro max my service would quickly improve. This was fast as that service has gotten even worse and now I am on the hook for almost $800 dollars.
I was told by Verizon Wireless to give the phone back and that would be it. I then was told that all of the device payments minus the discounts would be owed. My call logs were also absent between May 14 and May 19. This was not be able to be found at this point. I have opened up almost 100 trouble tickets, but nothing is or has been done.
