I have two flight bookings On 22/4 & 6/5 cancelled due to coronavirus. Until today there has been NO progress on my refunds, in spite of even having purchased cancellation protection insurance for the flight on 6/5. Their phone #s +34 911160765 & +34 910781217 are not accepting my calls!! I have emailed several times asking why the refund process has not made any progress (as reflected on their website) and they have not had the decency to respond in any way. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!
