Personal training sessions not reimbursed
I am a member in this gym almost since day 1. Covid however has dealt a bad blow to this gym. I had paid for my personal training and to my surprise after the gym opened I was told to pay extra money for my pending sessions! The icing on the cake was that I was told I would only get 50% of my sessions! I have not seen more ridiculous option than this one. I asked about the 7 months we lost in the pandemic and again I was told to pay 19000 rs extra to get those seven months! I fail to understand how this argument stands? Does it have any legal backing? Meanwhile, the gym infrastructure is crumbling. 2 out of 3 elliptical machines are not working and no one has bothered to even put “out of order” board on it. To save electricity bills the AC is put on fan mode! Imagine what will happen in peak summer! There are 4 to 5 floor managers twiddling their thumbs but they won’t compensate my lost personal training sessions, for that I have to pay extra! The top management does not answer the emails sent. The current manager is actually a trainer and all he will ask is to pay extra to recoup pending sessions!
