Takes money, does no work

We agreed to do some work on my Harley. Gave him a $ 1000.00 deposit. He calls about a year later and wants $ 2000.00 more, ” for parts”. He had done good work for me in the past so I trusted him. Big mistake. Bottom line, he kept the bike for 3 1/2 years! All he did was take it apart. had it towed to another shop. Pure theft! Stay away!
