Terrible Herbst Corporate Cash Wash Store Poor Experience
Recently, I had a very unpleasant experience at Terrible Herbst corporate cash wash store. I decided to get the $14 car wash for my vehicle as it was quite dirty. Then I drove around for an additional $10 wash. When I arrived at the machine, there was a car almost finished, so I put in my card and information. However, the machine read “Please wait”, and I waited for about 40 minutes, but nothing happened.
After that, I hit the help button, but unfortunately, the machine only displayed “Someone will contact you shortly”. I continued waiting for the same time frame. But still, no one came out to assist me. At this point, I felt very frustrated and decided to call Terrible Herbst customer service to explain the situation and ask for help.
The lady on the phone told me to wait for someone to come out and contact me. But I had already waited for a long time with no luck. After a while, I decided to try the payment process again, and it finally worked. Honestly, it was not only the car wash experience that was unpleasant. But I had also stopped for a soft drink almost two weeks ago, and the machine was out of service. I returned to Terrible Herbst a week later, but it was still not working.
I feel that Terrible Herbst corporate cash wash store is not maintaining their equipment or providing adequate customer service, which is unacceptable. As a loyal customer, I expect to have access to working equipment and prompt assistance when there is an issue. It is disappointing to encounter these problems and have to go through such an unpleasant experience, especially when I am paying for services.
In conclusion, I hope Terrible Herbst can address these issues and take measures to ensure that their equipment is functioning correctly and that their customer service is satisfactory. I would like to continue going there, but it is challenging to do so when there are so many issues with their services.
