T-Mobile Refuse To Cancel Account
I visited the T-mobile retail location. For the payment of the phone, I opted to pay in installments. Nevertheless, it turned out to have a fault, and I had to return it because of this. I made two trips to the T-Mobile store in order to make the request that they stop deducting payments from my account, and ultimately, they ignored my request. My attempt to cancel my T-Mobile account has been unsuccessful. According to not one but two different T-Mobile employees, they cannot do it for me.
They informed me that in order to terminate my account. I would need to call the number 611 to communicate with their T-Mobile customer care or submit an email from their website. In order to do so, I entered the number 611 into my phone two times. But neither time did anything in response to my call. After that, I proceeded to step two, which had me dialing the query or disagreement number. Which is 8009378997, four times. To keep things simple, all I asked was that none of the money is taken out of my account. Since I have already taken the broken mobile phone back to the store where I bought it.
The T-Mobile Personal asked me, “What is your phone number, and what is your social security number”? I provided them with the account number they needed. The Personal questioned me about my phone number and my social security number. Ten minutes passed while I sat in the waiting room. Before I was sent to a different agent who simply reiterated the previous information.
I was switched to another person for five minutes. Then after that, I was transferred to another person and information was repeated to them. I explained to them that if I wanted to put a stop to the payments. I would have to deactivate my credit cards. They informed me that my account will be turned over to credit collection.
I told them to be my guest.
