Swoop Cancellation, No Reimbursement
Booking # D8EG4Q and BDTWGB Flight WO370 Swoop decided to cancel the flight that was supposed to take off on June 27, 2022, 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. There were no other choices provided, there was no offer of payment, and neither e-mails nor phone calls were returned.
There was a requirement to make a reservation with AC, but despite filling out all of the online documents that were requested by the Swoop website, there has been no response. Because the Swoop company is in possession of all of our credit card information and because they have cancelled our trip, we do not comprehend why they would not at least reimburse us for the trouble that they have caused us.
