SWISS AIR – Case no. 2310-LX-15152-F001
Good Morning Sir / Madam,
We have not received a full refund as claimed earlier by Swiss International Airlines last communication (was on 7th January 2024).
I suffered injustice and financial loss because of SWISS / LUFTHANSA airlines. There are serious lapses of services at Mumbai international airport.
Recent incident in which a passenger lost his life at Mumbai Airport because he was not provided a wheelchair and forcing him to walk in causing distress.
In similar fashion we were made to run from the entrance to the terminal by SWISS /LUFTHANSA by the staff. Later, we were not allowed to board the flight. Please refer to my email dated January 11th, 2024. The injustice & suffering cannot be undone, at least please make efforts to cover my losses. Please feel free to call me on +1 916 6217818.
