SwingerZoneCentral Review – My Account Got Banned Without Any Prior Information
I wanted to share my frustrating experience with SwingerZoneCentral, as it left me feeling dissatisfied and unheard. The lack of customer service from the site’s owner was incredibly disheartening. Without any prior explanation, my guest account was suddenly banned simply because I hadn’t paid for the site. Now, I understand that having a guest account for an extended period may result in a ban. But the site itself fails to clarify this important detail.
When I reached out to SwingerZoneCentral to inquire about the sudden account ban. I was met with rudeness and an attempt to force me into paying. It was as if the owner, who I must say lacked any semblance of proper customer service, wanted to kick and scream until I reluctantly handed over my payment. What made matters worse was that my SwingerZoneCentral account was banned entirely. All because I had chosen to have a guest account. Although the guest account didn’t grant me full access to the site’s features, it suited my needs perfectly, as I wasn’t deeply involved in the LS.
All in all, my encounter with SwingerZoneCentral left much to be desired. The lack of transparency about guest account policies, coupled with the owner’s discourteous attitude, made for a highly unsatisfactory experience. It’s essential for a platform like SwingerZoneCentral to prioritize effective customer service and clear communication, ensuring that users feel valued and respected throughout their interaction with the site.

The customer is always right but in this case this user has never even been a customer of ours. A customer is someone that pays for a membership.
Why?
We are a paid membership website.
Our website has a guest membership to try out our service before paying. Kick the tires kind of thing. This user had been using our service for an extended period of time. Long enough to know this is a paid membership website. Way more than enough time to get a feel for it I can assure you. No where did we ever say this guest membership never expires.
This guest member was notified several times via video reminding him that this is a paid website.
This quest member failed to make a payment.
This posting is a retaliation for removing his guest membership. This user posted this because they did not get their way. By their way, I mean they did not get to continue to use the site for free.

I had a similar experience with SwingerZoneCentral. My account was banned out of nowhere, and when I reached out for help, I got nothing but rude responses and pressure to pay. It’s so frustrating that there’s no transparency or respect for users. Honestly, I was too shy to speak up at first, but after reading about others’ experiences, I felt confident enough to share mine. We deserve better communication and customer service!
