Studio Management – Do You Always Ignore People Who Complain
I have made that many request to studio management company as they got my father that far into a spin that he tried killing himself. We have emailed them wrote on live chat and Facebook to them requesting a senior manager gets involved. But as of today no one has even acknowledge the complaint or nothing.
So isn’t a human life worth out to studio management company the amount of times you reply with the same details. Requesting account details this company is that appalling I can’t put into words. What I feel even pissed of customer emailed them still no response. They don’t even take a serious complaint about a person trying to take his own life. Any other company would of done some thing to help but not studio company. They just ignore it till they think it will go away like a boil on your backside.
But studio management I want go away and I’ll be that boil on your backside till you acknowledged this complaint and treat this matter seriously as it should of been.
