Locked Out of My Paid Shudder Account
On 12/16/2023 I auto logged into my SHUDDER.COM Account to check on my paid subscription account. I wanted to see if I needed to update any of my payment information. When I opened the payment section. As soon as I typed my name on the form. I was immediately asked for my CVC code. I had not even typed not one number of my debit card on the form. That made me suspicious.
In September 2023 my bank account was hacked. I had my Bitdefender Security Scan check for any scams before entering any of my debit card information. My billing cycle date is on December 25, 2023. Today is December 16, 2023. I waited for the security scan to complete. I then attempted several times to log into my Shudder account on my tv and also on my phone and tablet. Then I even tried to reset my password. I typed in my email to receive a reset email. Which I did not receive.
I have been a SUDDER.COM CUSTOMER for years. I have used the same password for years. After the security scan was completed, I was suddenly locked out of my SHUDDER Account. I could not login or reset my password. Then I had my son enter the same password we have used for years. We even tried to login from Password Manager.
I have Seizures. So I am on the waiting list to see a Neurologist. I am black, female US Army veteran and Corrections Officer. I have Chron’s Disease and a lot of serious health problems. So, I spend a lot of time close to home, in my home. At times even bedridden. Streaming Channels is a really big deal!!!! I am productive, I work from home. I have several streaming subscriptions. Which I have never had any problems. I have no time for bullshit!! If you don’t like your job quit!! But You will Not Play with Me.
SHUDDER.COM. DO NOT PLAY WITH ME!! You should not play with any of your customers!! This SHUDDER.COM bullshit has caused me to have another seizure. THANKS, SHUDDER.COM!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! FIX MY SHUDDER.COM SO CALL LOGIN ISSUES! And please do not retaliate! against me for speaking out. That would also be very petty!
