Construction not completed.
I contacted Shri Hanuman construction(will be referred as Company) to complete the construction of small GI Roofed house using precast material, and paid advance as per the agreed terms, and company agreed to complete construction within 1 month after paying initial advance, I paid advance of 1 lakh as agreed on 13-Sep-2020, by self check it was cashed 2 days after, work started few days after payment, i agreed to their plan only to avoid mis understandings, they started the work and after 10 days stopped the work, for more than a month, now it is almost more than 2 month 10 days work is not yet completed, and not sure if it will be done, when i contact Aravind patil, he says we will start tomorrow, or day after, or next week etc… now the walls are raised, roof sheets are placed, I am afraid if any criminal activities are carried out in the construction, because no door and left for long time, and it is dark in the night, i am repeatedly asking to put a door, no reply. Please help I am very badly worried, not sure if it will be completed or not.
Total cost agreed after their own plan 2,16,475/-
initial advance paid, 1,00,000/-
recently paid 50,000/- on diwali festival day, he said he has some commitments it will help him if paid. so I paid.
Total paid 1,50,000/- Balance After completing the work remaining is Rs66,475/-

Some of major pending work are
1. Plasting (they are doing outside only)
2. Painting
3. Plumbing
4. Electirc work, and fittings as agreed
5. Tiles work
6. Overhead stand and water tank 1000 ltr.
7. Slab in kitchen and sink for washing utensils.
thats all i can recall about pending work.
I faced lot of issues in the initial 9 days of work they carried out, they were bugging for construction water, if i send the tanker, they keep it for the entire day, and the water tanker charge me rent for whole day and similar issues, calling me about 40 times a day for one or the other reason. and so on….
Please help, I found no other option than to raise voice.
