unable to get funds to replace kenmore refrigerator
My kenmore refrigerator is one year and 4 months old, it has been broken since July and Sears is unable to get the part to repair it. I have a case number and have been told on several occasions that Sears will give me a voucher that will allow me to buy a new refrigerator. The problem is Sears is unable to figure out how much the voucher should be. I am constantly being put on hold by each person who answers the phone. I paid $1800.00 for this refrigerator and I do not have the funds to replace it, and I don’t know where to go from here.
