Customer Service and 100% Guarantee is not 100%
100% Guarantee isn’t 100% . They keep original shipping which is not mentioned on website. They say they ship the next day. I waited three weeks and got nothing not even confirmation of my order. So I thought my order had not gone through and ordered again this time receibving confirmation of my order. Three weeks later received my product with no invoice, no information for making a return, no anything just the product. Three weeks later received a second product.
Also customer service is horrible. I called the phone number for days. It hangs us on you. I contacted customer service by e-mail and never received a reply.
Finally giving Up I paid to return both sets of the product. I just received my refund but noted that they kept $9.95 for original shipping on BOTH orders.
