Rebellious Rose Boutique Dishonest Seller/Business
I am writing you because I have been ripped off by the Rebellious Rose Boutique business. I purchased a pair of jeans supposed to be size large. When I received them they were 2 sizes too small. The following are the reasons why I am filing this complaint.
#1 The description did not say that the product runs small.
#2 There was not a size chart to show the measurements. (I always wear a large).
#3 The seller messaged me that they have never received a complaint from anyone about the size being off, or they would have put it in the description.
#4 All returns are charged a 15% processing fee, as well as customers, have to pay for the return of any product. Where damaged or not as described.
#5 Also, Rebellious Rose Boutique only gives 14 days from the purchase date to return items. (It takes more than half that time to receive it in the mail)
#6 they do not say that their products are not guaranteed.
I am very unhappy with this Rebellious Rose Boutique business. They obviously do not care about their customers. They are in it just for profit.
Now I am stuck with a pair of jeans that I can never wear. They are 2 sizes too small. They should have been marked size 9, and I needed 12 which is considerable.
I do not know what can be done about this but, I wanted to let you know about this business Rebellious Rose Boutique.
