Major problem with this store is the customer service sales
Now having had my experience and reading prior reviews I feel as though the major problem with this store is the customer service sales reps. I was greeted as I entered and at that point was not asked if needed any help just every once in a while a peeper looked to make sure I wasn’t stealing it that’s how I took it since no formal dialogue was exchanged now I was there for some time looking for a pair of boots however they had nothing in the style I was looking for. I feel like all their shoes resemble each other there are no real choices only this in black n brown with one or two straps it looked like all the boots were pretty much the same. I did find some clearance tennis shoes and went to check out and was help by a solemn faced clerk who basically acted as if ringing me up and taking my money was an issue . Don’t believe I’m going back
