R2Park Complaint – A Parking Nightmare? Read The Frustrated User Experience
My experience with the R2Park car parking service was a complete nightmare. I arrived at the apartment parking early, as I knew parking would be a challenge. I paid the R2Park parking fee and entered the parking lot. I drove around for 10 minutes, looking for a parking space, as all of the parking spaces were full.
I finally found a space that looked like it might be available, but when I pulled in, I got a message on my car’s dashboard that said “Permission denied for parking.” I tried to park anyway, but the car wouldn’t let me.
I called the R2Park parking service number, but no one answered. I waited for another 15 minutes, but no one came to help me. I was starting to get really frustrated.
I finally decided to call the R2Park customer support. They told me that this is not their fault, and that there was nothing they could do to help me.
I was so angry. I had paid for parking, and I couldn’t find a place to park. I ended up having to park on the street, which was a long walk to the apartment complex.
I’m so disappointed with the car parking service of R2Park. It was completely incompetent and unprofessional. I will never use their service again.
R2Park should be ashamed of themselves for providing such a poor customer experience. They need to do better if they want to keep their customers happy.
I hope R2Park will improve their car parking service. I don’t want anyone else to have to go through what I went through that night.
