Product not yet delivered since 1 month
I had ordered ( Order nu. 8764-0600-6808 ) a designed cushion from Printvenue on 2nd August,2020. I waited til 27th August but the item did not get delivered. During this time I had done numerous calls and emails to customer care contacts email@example.com and (+91) 011-4084-4540, but everytime I received same answer “The item will be dispatched withing 1-2 days”.
At last on 28th August,2020, I talked to customer care and asked him to cancel the order and refund, as per customer care officer’s instructions I sent email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting the same. I called again the next day on customer care number and asked about the status of the cancellation request ( Request no: #426394 ), at that time I was told that your cancellation request is taken and wait for 48 hrs to get reply of your email.
I never got reply (except auto-generated reply ) in email or via call from Printvenue.
I called again on 31st August,2020 to get the status about the refund and I was told that my refund will be processed within two days.
Just to check again, I called customer care on 1st Sep,2020, and the customer care officer cut the phone saying there are some technical issue and he will call me again in sometime. But I did not get any call for few hours.
I called again to customer care on same day, then the customer care officer answered absurdly that wait for 45 days and you will get refund and the he just disconnected the call.
They are neither delivering the product nor cancelling and refund. I am hence filing this complaint, so that a proper action should be taken and other customers also do not fall into trap of this company.
