Not Refunding my money | Abusing and Blocking Everywhere
Dear sir, I was needing some customization service for one of my client’s existing software. So i posted it in Facebook groups on 13th august. Mr. Kailash director of phjy inet software pvt.ltd ,Office no-305, 3rd Floor ithum tower-A, Block A, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India called me on 13th Aug 2020 and said he can do our work @12000 in 4 days and asked 12000 money against this software customization .. I said first do some work and show the result then we will pay you. however he was convinced in rs 6000 advance and rest rs 6000 after work .then i paid to A/C NAME – PHJY INET SOFTWARE PVT.LTD

Payment and Mail Conversation has been attached.
But after 5 days he says he can’t do it ..
i replied to him if you cant do it then refund my money back. then he started ignoring my phone call. if received then denied to refund my money and abused me in bad slangs..
i told him i will make a complaint against you and your company.. he said do whatever you want.. i dont care any complaint and blocked me from everywhere.
it’s been 15 days.. I’m unable to ready my project for my client and im in big trouble and frausted..
Kindly ask them to refund our Money Rs 6000 as soon as possible.
