Poor Pepco Customer Service Experience
I want to share my recent experience with Pepco customer service. We’ve been waiting for over a month now for Pepco to come to our home and connect our electrical wiring to their system. After that, we’ve tried to reach out to the Pepco Overhead Construction Service Desk every other day to find out if our home is scheduled and when we can expect them, but no one answers the phone. We’ve left our name and work order number several times, but no one has returned our calls.
It’s frustrating to think that we pay for their service every month, yet we can’t even get a simple update on when we can expect them to come out. We have partial service, which means we have no stove and none of our electrical or electronic appliances are working properly. It’s unacceptable that we’re left in the dark with no one to turn to for help.
I believe Pepco should have someone available to provide better services than what we’re currently experiencing. It’s disheartening to think that they’re only interested in taking our money without providing any assistance when we need it the most. I hope that Pepco customer service can improve in the coming future and provide the quality service that their customers deserve.
