I placed an order with this company Palace Jewels on 25/4/24, for Earings, to the value of £19-99. I was also supposed to receive two free gifts. Their advert on FB said delivery within 24/48hrs. A week went by no Earrings, so l emailed Palace Jewels. They then told me my order was coming from China, and sent me the tracking info. I was livid and told them when l receive my order, l would be returning them, and that l would like a full refund. I have since emailed Palace Jewels 3 more times with no reply. The tracking stopped on the 1/05/2024. when they reached the UK. I am still waiting for my earrings , a reply or a refund. Companies like this should be vetted ,before being allowed to trade on FB ,or anywhere else for that matter.
