Our Hawaii Cruise cancelled because of OVC ERROR
We booked Hawaii 7day Cruise through Royal Resort as we’re Royal Resort Platinum members for the past 15 yrs. The initial down payment was done in 2019, then due to COVID, we had to postpone the trip. In 2022 I gave another valid credit card number to Royal Resort on 1/28/22 to charge the balance. Our Vacation Center (OVC) Finance processed the payment but they neglected to notify us the payment was denied – possibly an incorrect credit card was entered.
On 3/28/22 OVC (Millera Bello) confirmed our cruise was rebooked with an extra fee which OVC was covering as it was their error. Today 4/4/22 I found out our Cruise was canceled again as OVC didn’t cover the fee. Milliera tried to book ‘Suite’ as our Balcony was already taken. Her manager refused to cover the difference even though it is their error. Our Hawaii Cruise is gone because of OVC’s error. I’d need the justification. OVC IS NOT TRUSTED.
