Bad Negotiation
My complaint’s simple, The Largest Injury Law Firm it’s the largest scam when negotiating a settlement it’s on negotiation. In my personal case, that started in with them in July 2013. It last more than a year but the worries me more were the initial conversations with paralegals, lawyer assistants, and high-ranking lawyers.
All started telling me that my case was a hard one due to the Federal Government where, in case going to court, most of the time, Federal Judges decide in favor of the federal agency, in my case, it was the United States Postal Service, where a truck driver pas a stop sign and hit my car finally been a total loss. To make my claim shorter, I’ll go to the negotiations. We were set to negotiate a settlement between USPS and I assisted by my lawyer, Douglas Green from Morgan & Morgan, USPS lawyer and driver, I think, and the negotiator.
We started claiming an amount of $150,000.00. The negotiator came to our room and talk to my lawyer, Went out, talk to the other party and came with an offer of $20k. I said no and my lawyer claim
$145k and their offer was $25k. My lawyer said to claim $134k and I said ok. Their offer was $128k. I forget to say that between offer and claim, my lawyer was getting out of the room talking to who knows who comes back with the offers. Surprisingly, Mr. Douglas Green went out of the room again and when he returned he said that he claim $34k. I thought, WOW, $100k down in one shot. But what could I say, it was already submitted and came with an offer of $30k.
Then told me, you better accept this amount because if you go to court, the judge will decide in favor of USPS. that I will lose everything. Since I had no idea what could happen, I agree to settle for $30 thousands, a hundred thousands less in one shot. Morgan and Morgan are the Largest Injury Law Firm FRAUD. If you, people, need an injury law firm, choose wisely and don’t contact Morgan and Morgan Fraud.
