Creepy Cult Member
A creepy cult member, Michael O’Neil. The owner of Florida Diversified Enterprises belongs to the Philadelphia Church of God. He is a member of that creepy cult member organization. In his spare time, Michael O’Neil attends the Philadelphia Church of God. He is the owner of several residential buildings, and he defrauds his tenants by taking their security deposits.
Aside from that, he only accepts cash, and according to a former tenant. He buries cash in the yards of other houses he owns in order to keep it hidden from the government. It’s bad for people who live with Michael O’Neill because they had to deal with his threats, coercion, and outright fraud.
