Delivered 1 Out of 3 Quantity and Denied Refund
Hello, I would like to draw your attention to a fraud done by Meesho. I ordered a set of curtains with 3 quantities from Meesho online Ecom website on 19th January, the product was delivered to me on 27th January and the delivery agent collected Rs. 1515 from me but I received only 1 quantity instead of 3. When connected with the customer service of Meesho they informed me that as the tracking was not updated by the carrier partner on their app, I wouldn’t be able to return the order or request for a refund right away.
I had to raise several complaints with Meesho to mark it as delivered. A few days later on 29th January they updated on the app again that they were unable to deliver the product and the product has been returned back to the supplier. After submitting various proofs of delivery and contacting them multiple times they marked the tracking as delivered on 1st February. But when I tried to get a refund for the missing partial quantity from them they refused to provide any refund. They bluntly refused to help further on this matter.
