MakeMyTrip Refund My Money Please
I made the regrettable mistake of ordering a ticket from MakeMyTrip with the wrong dates for both the departing and return journey. They were booked for airlines of Wizzair.
I was able to call them within the first hour. To let them know that I would need to cancel our appointment.
They gave me the instruction to change the dates of my flight by contacting the airline directly. But they urged me to give them a call if I was unable to comply with that instruction.
My ticket for the flight heading out was able to be changed. But I am unable to get in touch with Wizzair through the MakeMyTrip website to make any adjustments to the flight coming in.
Consequently, I contacted MakeMyTrip customer care support as I had been directed to do so in the instructions that I had received.
My time was squandered to the tune of more than an hour. While I was on hold (3mins at a time).
MakeMyTrip gave me their word that someone would get in touch with me within the next couple of days. To find a solution to the problem.
After my second phone to MakeMyTrip, they informed me that they would have someone get in touch with me within the next two days at the latest.
Because I was forced to buy a separate ticket to return from Palermo. I would like to have the cost of the initial flight back to Palermo repaid to me. This is because I had to buy a ticket to return from Palermo.
Sadly, my current financial situation does not allow me to take the risk of losing that money.
