Too late Deliviery
I ordered a bottle of Creed Aventus, and did not believe the item was genuine so I returned the item myself with a handwritten note via royal mail special delivery as the company did not provide a dispatch note or returns paper! The company received the package the next morning and I could see that it had been signed for by them, however a week later I still had not heard anything from them. I emailed them twice and still no response! Eventually I opened a dispute through paypal and the comoany finally decided to contact me to say they had issued a refund. The item cost was over £160 and it has taken almost 2 weeks for the refund to clear back into my account. they eventually emailed me and offered me an online discount if I changed my review. AVOID.
