LBC Tracking Complaint – LBC Express Poor Review
A representative from LBC Express contacted me via my phone number to inform me that my package had arrived on March 23, 2023, at 11 am. However, despite tracking my package with the LBC Tracking number provided, it has been showing it is delivered to my home. I am perplexed as to why both the agent and the LBC Tracking system are providing false information.
To my surprise, LBC Express requested that I pay an additional delivery fee of 2,000 pesos, and they urged me to pay it as soon as possible. This seemed suspicious to me.
Upon consulting with my father, who is a customs department employee, he advised me not to pay the fees as the courier company should have delivered the package before requesting payment. He also noted that the sender was not responsible for any such fees as the courier company had not informed them of this beforehand.
I even tried to reach out to LBC Express customer support to express my concerns about the agent’s request for additional delivery charges and the LBC Tracking system displaying a false status for my undelivered package. But they did not respond to my inquiries and ignored the issue.
Despite having already paid 4,000 pesos for customs clearance and delivery charges. LBC Express continued to demand more money, leaving me feeling frustrated and scammed. Their only proposed solution was for me to pay an additional 4,000 pesos for delivery, which I found unacceptable.
