Received Used Laptop
1. I purchased a lenovo ThinkBook model of 69000 from the said store on 17th september 2020. The said warranty of 1 year from the purchasing date is showing only 2 months remaining. It means the laptop has been used previously and the warranty has been activated since that date (feb 2020).
2. I noticed a dust mark on back of SMPS fan during purchase. The store members cheated me by saying that it was due to longer time packaging. However without running the laptop outside, the dust mark can’t appear. After complaining them also the response is nothing. CCTV footage of purchased date can be used for proof of blowing out dust mark by mouth and cheating.
