defective washing machine piece, fraud
We used this website to hire a washing machine repair technician. They sent a guy named Abid Shaik (phone number +6363278314), who came and mentioned that the washine machine timer has to be replaced.
He replaced it with old faulty equipment and charged us 4850 rs, and in addition service charge for 350 Rs , labour set for 350 Rs, for a total of 5550 Rs. The washing machine was still faulty and then we contacted his manager Mahek (phone number 7019605296) who mentioned that he will refund the money but then there was no response.
It’s been more than two weeks and the company is blocking us and not responding to our calls. The name of the website is INTIME service, located at #316, 4th Main,1st floor, East of NGEF Layout, Kasturi nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560016 and with phone number 1860 425 1252.
They have done the same thing with many other consumers. They are definitely a fraud company and it would be great if you can help us in this regard. we also have the mobile communication screenshots with this person along with the invoice provided. The ID provided by the company is 604631
The person Abid Shaik said he will provide the refund again and again and kept borrowing time from us since November until mid of December. He said he will get his salary and then return the money but then he kept ignoring our calls and our messages. We have proof of that as well.
Please help. We are mentally exhausted and tired now.
