Rude staff At Instracrt
I was forced to order delivery twice because I was not told until after the order was placed and paid for, that certain items (which were necessary to complete the order) were not available!!! The chat line is no longer available and the call centre staff are shockingly rude!!!! They refuse to allow you to speak to a manager which should be a right for paying customers!!!! One agent hung up on me and I was NOT being rude at the time!!! Another keep telling me he let me speak to a manager if I gave him certain information!!! I gave him all the information he asked for and was comfortable giving and yet he still refused to let me speak to a manager despite telling me he would!!! And he kept telling me I was being uncooperative and annoying, although I don’t know why!!! Then he had the nerve to snap at me and threaten to hang up on me even though I was not swearing or being rude at this point and he was provoking me. I have worked in customer service for 35 years. If anyone treated customers the way Fareid and others at instracrt treated me they’d be fired!!!! It’s not even the double delivery charge I had to pay that bothers me anymore, it’s the fact that instracrt doesn’t care about its customers, and allows its rude, disgusting staff to treat them like this that sickens me, as well as the fact that customer is not allowed to speak to managers when that should be their right and emails, are rudely ignored!!!
