Overcharging and not giving bill
Hello,
This is regarding the purchase of camera accessories from the above mentioned retailer. I bought a Jealiot Archer A25 Bag and Kingston Canvas React 64 GB SD card. They have charged me 5300 for both, Bag (3000) and SD card (2300). After the purchase I got to know that they haven’t included the SD card in the bill. And also the SD card MRP is only 1800 and they sold it to me for 2300 (MRP quoted by the retailer 3000). For the Bag I was charged 3000 (after apprx 20% discount), MRP was mentioned as 3799, but the actual MRP of the bag is only 3099. The bag was re-stickered with different MRP and new Import date on top of old sticker . I have raised the issue with the management via customer care service, but there is no response from their side even after multiple follow-ups. So I would like to register this complaint to bring to your notice about overcharging by this outlet. kindly, help me with this.
