My experience with your establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my experience with others to prevent them from falling into the same unfortunate situation. First and foremost, the quality of workmanship at GC Heavy Smash was abysmal. I entrusted my truck to your shop for repairs, hoping for professional expertise and efficient service.
Unfortunately, what I received was far from satisfactory. The repairs carried out on my vehicle were not only poorly executed but also resulted in further damage to other components. It is evident that your technicians lack the necessary skills and attention to detail required for such critical repairs. Moreover, the GC Heavy Smash customer service I encountered during my interactions with your staff was simply appalling.

It is clear that your establishment prioritizes profit over delivering quality service to its customers. I strongly urge anyone in need of truck repairs to look elsewhere and avoid GC Heavy Smash at all costs. Based on my experience, this shop lacks the competence, integrity, and professionalism necessary to handle such critical repairs.
Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a reputable and reliable truck repairing shop that values its customers and takes pride in its work. In conclusion, my one-star review reflects the overall negative experience I had with GC Heavy Smash.
