Frigidaire Refrigerator Complaint Poor Customer Service
I ordered a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator, which arrived on September 3, 2022 (Model # FFTR1425VW). In November 2022, the Frigidaire Refrigerator broke (poor motor). Frigidaire’s customer care informed me that a new one would be shipped because it could not be repaired (December 2022). I stayed home from work, but there was no delivery. Later I was advised that I needed to go to my local LOWE’s to get one. That was also incorrect when I went to the Frigidaire refrigerator store. Then I contacted Frigidaire again, and they stated a new delivery date had been lined up, which no one had told me earlier.
I had someone waiting for me at my house so I wouldn’t be late for work, but no one showed up. When I inquired about the reason, I was told there was no delivery schedule (even though I was given a confirmation number for the delivery). I have written multiple emails to customer service and have spoken with numerous representatives without receiving a response. I was informed that no supervisor was available to meet with me. It is now mid-February 2023, and I am still without a refrigerator and unable to obtain assistance. I have sought a refund in order to purchase another refrigerator, but I have received no response from Frigidaire.
