Received Defective laptop
I have purchased the laptop from Flipkart.com in Big billian sale, My
Product delivered on 18 october 2020, When I open the Box the on the device
then Device keyboard not working, Then i call to customer care for
replacement they told me for wait due to product is out of stock, so i wait
then i call to asus customer care and raised the complain, asus field
engineer come to my home and diagnosis my device and result was that my
keyboard was faulty, he suggest me to contact to flipkart and replace the
product. then i call to customer care and ask to raise my replacement
request, then flipakart support executive said that your account is blocked
so he cannot raise replacement request. there was no option for my
solution, i call many times but same response from flipkart customer care,
now 16 days has gone and flipkart has 7 days replacement policy. and
getting same reply from flipkart backend team, so please try to resolve my
issue as soon as possible
