Money deducted from bank but order not placed : refund
8th November 2020, I tried to order Gionee max smartphone from flipkart but due to flipkart issue I could not order it and my money (₹4949) got deducted from my bank account (ICICI BANK). However they said your money will be refunded within 24 hours, but it did not happen then they said that it’ll be refunded within 48 hours. Moreover now they are saying(I talked to customer support thrice) your money is refunded but it’ll reflect in your account by November 19. Firstly, I contacted my bank they said they didn’t receive money. Lastly on flipkart app it shows it’ll be refunded by November 19. I want to order it now but I don’t have money any more, I have family pressure as well. Help!!!
