Unable to Confirm MY Booking Since June 20, 2022
Flight Hub- My Confirmation # 202-083-072 was Booked on November 30, 2022, and canceled on the same date as the canceled connecting flight. I was told that a credit of $162.02 see their case # 221872 for that flight portion was held in credit. I attempted booking this flight for August 23rd, 2022, see their Case # 720894 and had to pay a $50 handling fee but to date, I have not been able to confirm the flight with Porter. Can you please help me? I have called and waited hours at a time to speak with an agent but was unsuccessful. I do believe that this Company should refund in full the money I have paid without obtaining services. This is robbery, and they are getting away with it, by just ignoring customers. Can’t you put a stop to this blatant disregard to unsuspecting customers?
