First Cry – Fabric Colour Spreading
This is to inform you that I am extremely dissatisfied with my order for babyhug night suit donald duck print, which was delivered on 20/11/2022. I didn’t use the product because I had ordered it for Christmas. As a result, I used it yesterday for the first time, and my product was mostly red. Some of it is blue, so the blue colour has been transferred to the red colour. I know the return window has closed, but what should I do if I want to use it later? And the quality is completely pitiful. I’ve bought some other nightgowns and I’m not sure what to do, If I encounter the same situation. I even tried to contact First Cry customer care as well. I’ve explained to them each and every bit of what has happened with my order. But they were unable to help me out with my issue.
If I run into the same problems again because I haven’t used it yet. I’ve been a First Cry customer since 2018. I have never had such problems before. I will never, ever order from First Cry again, just so you know. I’ve never bought a dress from another online or offline store. Since I had complete trust in First Cry. I’ve attached photos for your convenience, but the stain marks aren’t visible. I’m not sure what the quality of other unused products will be like. And I washed the fabric with only water, no detergent. I simply want a refund for such a poor-quality product. Please assist me with this.
