Fashion Nova – Package Not Delivered But Shows Received
It would not be fair to say that I have never been through this process. While I have been shopping at Fashion Nova for a while. I had a strange experience when these people informed me that my package had been delivered. When, in fact, it hadn’t. They are using this freaking shipping company that ships by laser ship. Which is not only a complete theft on their part but is also unprofessional as hell.
I explain to the customer care people at Fashion Nova about my package and Fashion Nova had the audacity to send me a $5 gift card. What the hell can that even buy when I spent over $80. The audacity, I believe if it was a celebrity or an influencer with a lot of followers they would handle the matter differently. I know I won’t shop there again but! I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
