Fashion Nova Clothes Order Not Received
A few days ago, on the 15th of January, 2023 I placed an order with the Fashion Nova clothes website to order clothing for my vacation to the Bahamas. It was reported to me that the package had arrived, but unfortunately, the package did not arrive as it was expected.
The Fashion Nova clothes website customer service department contacted me and basically said that they would not be able to help me. When I tracked the package online through the shipping company’s website (a new company for me that I have never ordered anything from before), I was able to discover that the packages were delivered to the wrong place, since the picture taken by the shipping company was not within the building.
Despite the number of times, I contacted the Fashion Nova clothes website in order to resolve this issue, the company still claimed the issue had been resolved. It has been several days since I ordered my package, but I have not yet received it. This has completely ruined my vacation and I have no idea what to do next.
